Board meetings are for conducting club business. Members who are on the executive board, have administrative roles for the club and committee leaders are encouraged to come to bard meetings.

All members are welcome to attend.

No votes will take place at the board meetings. Meeting minutes will be recorded and inserted into the monthly newsletters for those members who cannot make the board meetings.

Cost is $25.00 Per person. Money will be collected at May's general and business meetings. Female guests are welcome to join us.

A vote was taken and the menu will include:

Pasta: Penne pasta w/vodka sauce and cheese tortellini w/ pomadoro sauce

Entree: chicken parmigiana and roast beef w/ au jus

Buffet includes house salad, soft drinks, bread, butter, mixed vegetables, roasted potatoes and vanilla ice cream. Additionally, the club will provide a cake.

Father's Night at the Phillies (07 Sep 2012)

Tickets were purchased for Fathers Night. The date will be Friday, September 7th vs Rockies at 7:05 pm. The ticket price will be $38.00 per ticket. The price includes a $10.00 concession credit. (the credit can be used on food, beverages or merchandise. You just need to show your ticket and the voucher is built into your barcode).

We will be in section 242, the scoreboard porch section, which is located in left field, under the scoreboard. Bring your glove and maybe you will be lucky enough to catch a ball!! We were able to purchase 30 tickets. As in the past, tickets will be sold on a first paid basis. A dad's ticket is free with a paid mom. Any remaining tickets will be offered to club members and/or family and friends. They can be paid directly through pay pal or by check (made out to N.E.P.M.O.T.T.C.) sent to me at 50 Fox Run Drive, Mount Laurel NJ 08054. I will mail your tickets when I receive the money.
